The young lady at the desk was very...

The young lady at the desk was very nice and provided great customer service!! It was pouring rain and she opened the doors and asked if we wanted to wait under the cover so she could open the door for us. She is truly a great person and I wish more companies offered this type of customer service.

First time renter

This was actually my first time renting a storage unit, and although I did a healthy bit of homework beforehand, I was pretty much going into it without a real clue. Dale made the whole process seamless. I went in with an idea of I wanted, but turns out it would have been WAY too small of a space. Dale helped determine which unit size would better suit my needs without at all giving off the impression that he was trying to up sell me which I appreciated a lot. Even with the moving supplies I purchased, he only recommended the things that I needed and gave his honest opinion on items that he thought would be a waste of money. Great first experience and will definitely recommend to any friends or family.

I've been renting from the emeryville location for 4 plus years. The customer service is awesome property is always well maintained. Amelia was truly awesome today I had issues with my lock and she handle it an a timely manner and kept my stress level down.. Thanks Amelia for coming thru in a flash

Amelia was amazing. I went in unsure of the size I needed and I was on a tight budget Amelia helped me find a unit larger than I expected and it was $1 for the first 30 days. She was very knowledgeable about the services and spaces. She even gave me advice on best practices for packing the unit. I have had Public Storage units in other places and I have never had such a great experience with the employees.

Staff very helpful!

Everyone I spoke with from Public Storage was extremely helpful, from Kenny on the phone to Dale, the manager on site. They helped me pick a size that would be right for the amount of stuff I have, set up an appointment for me to see the unit, and helped me pick out packing materials. The $1 deal for the first month was also really enticing. The unit was clean and fit everything, and I had about twice as many boxes (24!) as I had anticipated, in addition to my furniture. Amelia was very helpful when I returned the packing materials I didn't need.

A great place to store!

Amelia is the greatest as are the other young women staff I have dealt with. Helpful, patient, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous just about sums it up. Amelia found me the perfect space and got all the paperwork done quickly and efficiently. She even remembered me several days later without needing to look me up. That can't be easy in a place of this size but it sure adds a welcome personal touch. It definitely shows that you guys care...my kind of company. Keep up the great work!

Very pleased with my experience at Public Storage in Emeryville

The managers of the facility were very helpful and efficient. They were always there to answer any questions and overall did a great job. The facility is very neat and clean and met my needs completely. I would use this facility again when I need a storage unit.

Great service!

I love Public Storage in Emeryville. Service is nice and I have had no problems with my storage space. However my only tiny qualm would be I wish they stayed open late past 9pm.
