Bad Customer Service

I arrived at my check in date on a Saturday and nobody was there to assist me I had to call corporate and they had to help me over the phone.

Great location for storage

Your facility is clean, organized and well run. Adam is a valuable site manager and more. As a retired corporate trainer Adam seems to be talented enough to train at the corporate level. His attention to details, empowerment, communication skills are professional and high level.

The staff was really really nice and helpful.

I'm thankful we found this facility. I've never used a storage unit before and it was a superb first experience. Mainly because of the friendly staff. And the facility itself was clean and secured well.
