Nice location, Clean and the lady who greeted me was Cool.
Made me feel like family. I got there at 5:56, right before close. The lady was nice and made me feel like family. She didn’t rush thru the process and even double checked my unit before she left. Thanks for making things easy and staying late to accommodate .

The process was quick convenient
Signed up online. Received a phone call and was told about an even better offer for renting storage unit. The rep was very professional and patient as I had a lot going on when she called. Forms were emailed for me to sign. Very quick, easy and convenient. I only had to go to the office to give a copy of my ID. Also in a convenient location closer to where I moved.

Teresa was wonderful. My fiancé and I recently got engaged and I will be making the move to Nashville within the next few months. This is our first time getting a storage unit and Teresa answered all of my questions even silly ones that we should’ve known! As for the facility, it is great! We are so close to the door and we love the climate controlled units! We have a 10x10 and it’s more than enough space and the ceilings are soooo high!

Fast, easy, clean and efficient
Super easy to set up, I reserved my unit online to lock in a price. The next I recurved a follow up call from an employee to verify and go over any questions. Upon my arrival we went over everything again to clarify and sign paperwork. My unit was nice and clean inside and out. The property itself is also very clean. I’ve recommended this place lace to a multitude of friends.
