Scare tactics for sales and office closed during business hours
Use of scare tactics for sales (locks, insurance) and shoddy customer service. Office was randomly closed during business hours with no note on the door.

Unit was rented out with broken latch
I had signed up for no contact move in which was great. I got to the unit and saw that the lock was inside of the unit and I proceeded moving all of my things in. As soon as I was done I went to lock the door and realize the door bracket was loose and broke. I could not lock the door. I went up to the front and the manager was away so I had to wait 20 minutes until she returned. When she did she told me that I would have to move units. The unit that I moved to actually had to be in the building next door. It was a very long and tiresome process as i was ny myself. if whoever chose the unit for me would have just done the diligence and checked that the door and lock/latch actually worked I wouldn't have had to go through an extra 1 1/2 hours of unnecessary moving twice.

I think overall was 4 stars but didn't realize had to buy lock and the insurance was recurring charge. So 3 stars is what you get. I think that I will look for more competitive storage in the area, the rental is to much for 5x5 unit, it's too bad I like the location.

Don't look anywhere else
I used to be a storage auction buyer (yes, I met the people from storage wars..) and have seen many, many places. I choose Public Storage for my personal belongings for a reason. That's about all I need to say!

Clean but narrow aisles
Nice web-site, but the facility is a bit worn. Terrible aisles. Too narrow for a 26' truck. I can't belive the drop down to the lower row of units. Gates which would have made it easier we're locked and not available to use. Office ladies were very helpful (Rachel and Kim?). Nice email reminders.

Good experience & I would do it again
They were super service oriented, literally over the top and very help full. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars, is that the property itself is a little older and some access as not as easy as you want, i.e. needed to take staris cause no elevator, only one gate and slightly shorter gate hours, so no late night access if I just wanted to drop something off after 9pm. But I knew some of this beforehand and was expecting it - so no surprises and I got everything I wanted for a fair price. I loved it.

Like Having an Extra Truck...No Lawn Needed
I found the whole process to be straightforward, uncomplicated and troublefree. It's like having a truck in your backyard that you park on the lawn...and fire up whenever you need it. All I have to worry about is avoiding Gridlocked freeways and not throwing my back out as I load and unload!

all my storage needs met with great service
Josh was a great help when I signed up with you guys. He was very personable and helpful, then when I left my unit door open with the keys in it he locked it, called me and held the key at the front. I like that they just changed all the locks and housing and gave us a free lock. The location is great and my storage is easy to get to. It has all the perks of a larger storage but the personnel service of a smaller one
