Great Customer Service
Robin, the CSR, was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the terms, fees, etc. She made the process quick and effortless. She is very friendly and likeable.
The only issue, the light bulb is out so I am unable to see inside where I need to put/find things. It is in a location I am unable to change it.

THIS IS THE BEST STORAGE UNITS TO GO TO. MRS ROBIN IS GREAT, SHE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND SHE IS ALWAYS WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU. THE LOT IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND WELL GUARDED. THE PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGHER THAN SOME OTHER PLACES BUT IT IS WELL WORTH IT TO KNOW YOUR BELONGINGS ARE SAFE AND SECURE. THIS ONE IN PARTICULARE IS IN A GREAT LOCATION AND IT IS VERY EASY TO ACCESS. THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS STORAGE UNIT IS MRS ROBIN. SHE IS ALWAYS VERY WELCOMING AND SHE HAS THE BEST STORIES.

Very helpful and friendly, even though I came 10 minutes before closing. Employee Tyler helped assure that my space was big enough, and that I was satisfied with what I had gotten. Some of the best customer care I've seen at any business not just storage. I'd recommend public storage (specifically drake avenue) for all your storing needs.

I LOVE USING THERE STORAGE UNITS, I LOVE THAT THEY ARE SECURED THE WAY THEY ARE AND I LOVE MRS ROBYN. THE GROUNDS ARE ALWAYS WELL KEPT. THE UNITS ARE ALWAYS VERY CLEAN. MRS ROBYN IS ALWAYS VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING. I ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD LAUGH WHENEVER WE TALK. SHE MAKES YOU FEEL VERY WELCOME AND THANKFUL THAT YOU ARE A CUSTOMER WITH PUBLIC STORAGE ON DRAKE AVE. I WOULD RATHER PAY A LITTLE MORE USING PUBLIC STORAGE AND KNOW MY BELONGINGS ARE SAFE AND KNOW THAT I WILL ALWAYS LEAVE WITH A SMILE WHENEVER I GO IN THERE.

Your staff was very helpful. The only thing I didnt like was that you advertised a 1.00 move in hand it ended up costing 58 dollars. I was not thrilled as I felt it was false advertising.
