Happy with size, price and service
I had been looking for a unit that was large enough to store what we had in our 23 car garage and 2 other storage units, this one 10x30 is just what we need and even with the price increase in January 2021 it is still less than what we were paying for with the 2 units.

I'm a over the road house hold goods mover,
Mrs Crystal O'Neil is a rockstar, first of all the move was stack against us, she went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my problem, which was to get my truck loaded from her facility, we wasn't able to pull the truck down the isle where the unit was located, she found me a uhaul, at a very good price, she allowed us to stage and stay on the property until we were done there and she also printed all of the paperwork that I would need to make my delivery, with the amount of paperwork that was required to make the delivery, I would have payed a little over thirty dollars at a truck stop for this paperwork and she didn't charge me not one cents, she made our stay there and the loading of my 18 wheeler, and the closing paperwork a breeze she is definitely a example of what being American is all about,which is not being afraid to help your fellow American, she made me feel like she's knew me my while life, and most of all she made me feel valued, thank you so much Mrs Crystal and I pray one day our paths will cross again and I will be able to return the love thank you superior storages, your name definitely represents the best of the best of the best

This Superior Storage is beyond Superior
This Superior Storage location is perfect Crystal the manager is wonderful to deal with and is very helpful! The units are well set up and access is very easy 24/7 and they even include a free secure lock with 3 keys

I couldn’t get in to my unit on day 2
I called ahead to look at the unit and she said come on in. I got there and we couldnтАЩt get into the unit because she didnтАЩt have a key so we had to come back.came back signed papers and she said she would have keys that day. Next day we moved a load in, the door was unlocked. The next day I hired 2 guys and a trailer $100 got in the gate but couldnтАЩt get in the door , it was locked. Had to find a place to unload the trailer for the night. Wasted a day and $100. The next day she called and apologized and said she would have a key by 1:00pm that day, I went there at 4:00 and there was a note saying they closed early. I called her no answer but she immediately called back and said she would be there in just a few minutes she was just down the road getting gas. Waited between 5-10 mins.That was the first 3 days.ЁЯШм

Fast and easy
I reserved a storage unit online and called the location to see what time they closed. The manager Crystal knew who I was before I told her. She is awesome. She made everything super easy and the process was fast. My unit was ready the same day so no waiting involved. highly recommend

Crystal the manager of the Bethel Heights facility is great! We wouldn't use anywhere else in the area. She is always so nice and friendly, payments are always a breeze and the facility is always clean!

Good price, great customer service and good security
The staff here is very personable and they look out for you. I had failed to secure my unit properly when I stopped by there to get a couple of things and not long after, I received a phone call notifying me that my unit was not secure. Both the young lady who works there and her husband are a pleasure to interact with. I will continue to use this facility and have recommended them to family and friends.

Saved enough to justify moving from Rogers
Actually near Pea Ridge. I needed a 40' unilt for a while. Basically this place was the least expensive in the shortest distance. That said it's a great place so far. The manager [Cristal?] was attentive, very helpful and pacient.
I'm not great with trailers and the layout makes it easy to drive around without having to back up! Some of the larger units have doors that open on both sides. At first I was concerned about 2 entry points but I really loved being able to create a central path and having access to both sides. Far easier to organize.
They also give you a 2nd lock as part of the admin fee.
Opportunities for improvement:
Beef up the slides that secure the doors.
Consider including 2 locks with the same key
Don't let cars park at the end of the rows, in the grass
