Needs new management

The manager that they have at this location is rude and short patient. They had a seasoned and professional manager there on this day to assist Mr Adam. Womack was polite, patient, and professional. I asked for contact information and she provided it without hesitation. She gave a very good representation for snap. But Adams seems to not be able to handle himself with challenge or looks. This particular area may not be best for him as it is located in a low income area. He is not the face nor has the character for this location.
