Fine, bit smaller than advertised it seems

My unit seems smaller than advertised, and the latch pieces that you have to slide together to re lock the unit are hard to move back into place. Best pricing I found for the area though, not bad.

1st month free scam

I moved in 2 days prior to the end of the month and evidently that was my entire 1st month free. But this morning I was charged for the monthly fee. My fault for nor reading the fine print. But you would think a reputable facility would encourage me to wait 2 days so I could take advantage of the free month.

We felt welcomed, that we mattered

We were in need of a storage unit fast. We had items donated and needed to store them before we could sell them. We also need room for our non profit supplies to be stored. We were very pleased to be able to find a place with good pricing and wonderful customer service. We needed to move in that night and he extended our hours with a fabulous attitude. Thank you.
