The lady manager was helpful in explaining the terms of the storage contract, fees, hours, and gave a preview of the unit and building prior to sign up. Units aren't super cold (bottom floor hovers around 80deg F, top floor around 90deg F), but they are cooled and much less hot than the Phoenix heat. There is a security gate at the entrance where you have to enter a code to enter/leave. There is a freight elevator inside the storage building that fits a lot of stuff inside to make loading up your storage unit easier if you're on the second floor. If you want a good price on a storage unit and need one asap, this is the place for you.

DGMS is THE place to trust!

I have been a customer at DGMS for a few years now and I am so pleased with them. Everyone there, especially Karyn, is always so helpful and understanding! They have always gone above and beyond to meet my needs! The property is always very well-kept and easily accessible. I've never had any problems with their billing or anything like that, which is comforting! Despite several moves in the West Valley, once I moved my stuff into DGMS, I have never left--even when I'm not living close to the property! It's WORTH to stay with them!

I have a unit for over a year now. Every time I went to get something from the unit, the facility was clean and well lit when walking in the hallways to my unit. I receive notifications via email on anything that pertains to the storage unit (price change, change in office hours, gate access, etc.) in a timely manner. When I do have to visit the office, the staff is professional and helpful.

Nice! Great customer service.

Great prices on air conditioned units...most places only offer evap which is very damp in AZ during monsoon season. The ladies who work here are super nice, and went out of their way to help me get the units I needed. I currently have 6 units all in great locations thanks to the staff.

Not very reliable

Overall it is a convenient place to store some seasonal stuff, since I live on base. The price is reasonable, but I feel I got ripped off over the entire summer for paying for a "cooled" storage unit that had broken swamp coolers the entire summer. There were never any open storage units on the ground floor, which would have been better, so my stuff bore the brunt of the sweltering heat all summer long. Long line of excuses about how the 1 guy prioritized the apartments...hey, hire another guy! People who run the joint are nice enough, and security is a plus. Wish I'd have gotten a summer refund, however, due to not getting what I paid for...the only 4 months that are THE reason why I got a cooled unit.

Resonable and Accomodating

I've had my stuff in storage here for several months now and the staff is always courteous when I call. When there was an error with my billing they fixed it immediately and I haven't had a problem since. The facility overall is pretty nice and its nice having an area that is climate controlled for when the days in AZ are 110 outside to be able to go in and cool down if you're moving stuff in.
