Hours of access are limited, discounts were confusing, Trash cans at facility was locked??? Price is cheap and once you get through the paperwork issues and pricing errors, it was ok other than the closing by 7pm everyday.

When first pulling up to the storage me and my hubby were like ehh not to sure but when we seen it was a decent size for a great price exactly what we were looking for. The customer service is amazing she did a wonderful job. We got a free lock which was cool as well. The only thing we did not like was really was that they are not 24 hours or self serve. The hours are cool but making it accessible for anyone any hours and to do it themselves with a Passcode or key would make customers much more happy and convenient for them.

Ezy Way Is Great!

I've been a tenant going on 3 years now at Ezy Way storage and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them. Bradley had been the onsite manager there and he has always been great to my husband and I. He has always been courteous and helpful. I have recommended them to a couple of people based on the prices alone everything else is a perk.

Great size of storage space. Only complaint is if you have a trailer longer that 20' and it is not a goose neck you will not be able to turn in the storage area. But it is just fine for anything else.

Ezy Way is the easiest way to store your personal belongings

I needed to put my stuff into a storage and at first picked Ezy Way because they were close and had good prices. I've stayed with Ezy Way for the same reasons and because Bradley and Steve are the best managers at a self storage that I have ever met. They are friendly, nice, very helpful, and just all-around good guys. You couldn't ask for any better.

Very clean and safe facility

I've been very happy storing my stuff at this location. Anytime I'm there it's very clean and I feel safe accessing my unit. Bradley was very helpful in setting me up when I moved back here from out of state. I'm not often there when the office is open but I am never disappointed by the friendliness.

Ez way mini storage is kept very clean from the yard to the staff.the manger is very helpful,knowledge able, well groomed and pleasant to do business with. The flaw that I don't agree with is the hours I think you should b able to get in to your personals at any time. I also have a second flaw but I have been told its a problem that can't b fixed kinda, and that would b the soda machine. Its very hot here in Arizona and if you don't have water available then your next choice is a soda or juice. Every time I have tried to use the soda machine it has taken my money and not once have I received a soda from it.. Those are my only to complaints but as a suggestion maybe lower the monthly rates or take off the taxes , it just seems unfair for long time customers with great payment history to get all these extra fees and rates raised . we should have some kind of appreciation for being forever good customers. Thank you hope this is what you were needing for feed back.

I found EZ Way through Sparefoot, received a GREAT discount and have stayed there for years. The management has always been very accessible and friendly and the price has stayed consistent. The hours could be extended a little but I highly recommend them.

It's clean enough, Bradley was great=I just hope it won't get broken into-not such a great area. I thought I would pay 27 dollars a month but it came to 10 more than I intended to spend for A 5X5 STORAGE AREA.
