No reprieve from the heat
The parking lot is at a slant, annoying when it's 115 out and you already feel uneasy on your feet. Nobody told me I needed TWO locks for my storage, no biggie really just another task on this hellish move. It's sooooooo freaking hot out(Our fault for moving in July) and there's absolutely nothing you can do. IDK what review I'm supposed to leave. Not mad but not happy. 🤷‍♀️

Treatment of your consumers is a big deal. It's called customer service
Place was great to deal with. But had a issue with the door to the the storage unit would not close. Was advised that they could transfer My stuff to another storage unit. Was not interested in taking the stuff I had just got done putting into the unit and having to even suggest on me removing my stuff and moving it to another storage unit in a 105 degree weather was unacceptable.
Ended up getting the storage unit door closed.
Sometimes you have to do what is right for your customers.

Reservation was quick, easy & professional
The reservation over the phone, with a live person and not a machine, was extremely easy. The gentleman on the phone was professional and answered all of my questions making the unit check in a breeze. At the storage center, Connie finalized the paperwork easily and was very pleasant to work with. The grounds were clean and so was the unit. The pricing was the best out of the other facilities I checked and they also prorate a month. Others I have used made you pay a full month whether you checked in on the first or at the end of the month.

In the end I was satisfied.
Nowadays all thar you get are automated operators. It has gone a little too far when you have to deal with an automated operator on a kiosk in front of a business where there are 5 people working in it. Being that you find your storage unit through the internet and choose your spot where you would like to move your stuff into and youre misinformed by the ad saying you have the option for the use of a free truck. Needless to say I was a little bit disappointed but in the end using the internet paid off by giving me the $20 off on my storage and I also got free rent for the next month so in the end the storage unit it's clean it's just exactly what I expected and I'm very happy

The only minor complaint I had was that customer service could have been a little more friendly but otherwise I would recommend them. Helped me with little notice on my part and I was very grateful.

Great Experience So Far
I was looking online for a storage unit for my mother in law for when she moved into our home. Miss Sue was such a sweetheart and able to accommodate the changes to the reservation as it was supposed to be in my mother-in-law's name instead of mine. The owner and her husband are so helpful and take pride in their facility. They took us around on the golf cart to see the site as well as provided us with an ice cold bottle of water, which was perfect for a hot Arizona Morning!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND THEM
We tried to use this facility only to be held up for over 1 hour trying to complete paper work and payment at which time they insisted on cash payment only, after they had successfully charged my Credit card for the NON-REFUNDABLE ADMIN FEE. and REQUIRED INS. because they were unable to process additional CC payments, saying the system was denying the charge a truck rental deposit. What a joke, I know it was there systems that was screwing up, and not my CC. So I left and went down to Signal Butte Storage (U-Haul) where the customer service was excellent and had no problems using the same credit card, was out in less then 30 minutes had a truck and unit rented. I called to complain about my experience with the on-site manager and she said tough you should of had $150 cash, and that she nor the regional manager would refund any admin fees. They should have been more then willing to refund the admin fee for doing nothing more then wasting my time.

Excellent value all around!
I have a doctor's office in that same complex and never even knew there was a storage facility hidden in the back, so I immediately felt very safe about it! The prices were the cheapest I've seen and the managers were super friendly. In addition, they let me rent the truck for only $15 dollars, no charge per mile or anything (except to fill the tank back up)! I'd reccomend this storage and the help of sparefoot.com to find it to anyone!!!
