Vehicle Storage
I was able to secure a parking space online fairly easily and at a great monthly rate. The process of reserving online was very efficient. From the point that I began completing the application, it only took around 15 minutes until I received the confirmation email.
Having Bluetooth gate access is phenomenal! Utilizing the app and my account, I didn't have any issues getting into or out of the facility.
The outdoor vehicle storage rear area is the reason that I couldn't give a higher rating. The rear area is poorly lit and the space markings definitely need to be updated. I had a tough time identifying my space due to only 30% (or so) of the space-number-identifier-marking was legible, and even that portion was faded. On a more personal note, it looked like a vehicle graveyard back there. The vehicle storage side area seems much more appealing...and safer.

Gabby was awesome for explaining the storage rental process. She was very polite on the phone and answered all my questions about the cost and procedures involved. When I got there she showed me the locker and asked what I had to store. She also offer smaller size locker options if I needed to downsize at a later time. It took just a few minutes to sign and I was ready to go.

PUBLIC STORAGE BEST EVER
My first experience with Public Storage was the day we stopped in to check it out. We met the Manager who was just the greatest. She answered all our questions and more. She even let us take a tour of the unit before making up our minds. We took the unit because of the security, lighting system, lock checks, and the wonderful helpfulness of the Manager. John & Diane
