Smooth online process of getting an affordable rental unit so quickly.

Ron goes above & beyond
I got there at closing & still rec'd a warm welcome from Ron. He stayed well past closing to get me into a unit. Ron is sharp & personable, He went above & beyond his duties to make sure I was taken care of. His customer service is outstanding. Employees like Ron play an integral role in companies such as this and should be recognized for it.

Owner was super nice
I was in my storage digging though looking for paperwork, and out of no where the owner I believe came to not only say hi but knew my name and gave me a cold bottle of water. I was in a grumpy mood but he made my day going out of his way to give me water and say hi like that.

Great storeage facility!
I just moved my valuables (?) in. Everything is clean and they have carts handy to help you move stuff. The staff was very cordial and helpful. It’s a little far from my house, but the price was great and I shouldn’t have to go there very often.

Great location and easy access
Paperwork and move-in went quickly and easily. I have a drive-up unit and can pull right up next to it to access my things. Everything is clean and well lit, even at night. They're open late, so I can move when it's not so hot. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service by the GM
I was told I had 24 hours to put a lock on my storage unit when I went back with my loss proximately 16 hours later there was still the facility's locked so I could not drop off my stuff nor could I take possession of my security unit when I showed up the next day to talk to the office staff about upgrading to a newer size and since I didn't take ownership ask them to waive the fees and just put me in the new storage unit the GM would not waive the fees would not work with me so I ended up canceling never took possession

AWESOME.............
I HAVE HAD NO COMPLAINTS WITH THIS COMPANY. WHEN THEY THOUGHT THERE WAS A FIRE IN OR NEAR MY STORAGE UNIT THEY CALLED ME BEFORE THEY CUT THE LOCK OFF, AND THAT IS THE ULIMATE RESPECT. I WOULD REOMMEND THIS PLACE TO SOMEONE. MY MOM TOLD ME ABOUT IT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME.

First, the guy that was working at the facility was very nice, very personable, and seemed to treat the business as if it were his own. He was picking up any trash he saw on the property and he seemed to want to help me, as a customer. The property is nice and I believe I made the right choice in renting here.
