Friendly customer assistance and clean facility
Very pleasant rental experience. The gentleman who helped me answered all Qs, showed me the unit before purchase, and made some good recommendations like adding my parents to the account so they can access it while I’m living in another country for a couple years.
Unit and facility overall was clean, streets are wide, and security seems robust.

Quick service, knowledgable customer service.
The young man that helped me was knowledgeable, he could be a little more personable, when another customer came in he went into rapid mode, almost like customer was a number..Overall business very clean a good experience so far. I just felt rushed and forgot to ask about important matters pertaining to move in and move out, I just felt rushed.

The staff (Dan ) was very informative, helpful and professional. He covered everything about the storage facility. The entire expierence for me was painless. I was impressed with the overall condition of the facility. The ease of entry and unloading etc. I would recommend this storage Facility to anyone looking for this service.

Good storage.
Good storage facility, seems secure and a good price especially if you do it online. Paperwork is a bit over the top with copying your insurance policies-seeing you have one should be enough. In fact I have stored in a storage facility before that they didn't even ask you if you had insurance-it was up to you if you had it or not. $9 a day for insurance is a bit high so take your policy if you have your own home owners insurance and be prepared that they will photocopy it.

Quiet, Clean and Convenient
I have been extremely pleased with this facility. It is quiet, clean and convenient to my house. I feel like my things are safe and well kept in the climate controlled unit. I also decided to downsize my unit and Kevin made it easy for me to move my things. They have water on hand too for those hot days loading and unloading your things. I never have any trouble reaching Kevin when I have needed him and it is nice to know that you always deal with the same person. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone!

Short but Sweet Stay
Personnel was exceptionally friendly!! Initial move-in and reduced price was of great benefit--so was being rewarded for giving them an online review. Only 1 suggested improvement: format monthly invoices (to be sent to clients' email addresses) in a Read-Only Acrobat format.

I will always refer Storequest Sun City to anyone. Kevin, Preston and other staff is always so helpful & smiling. My grandson gets so excited to go to the "storage shed". He loves going in to say HI to everyone. Prices are great, always clean.

Your climate controlled is above average this include in summer time. This is the best storge and cleanliness in class. I have try difference one and no one is better then StorQuest.

Best facility I've ever used!
I moved form Chicagoland to Sun City and my Mom picked out StorQuest becasue of the secutiry, cleanliness & great price. I think that it was the best storage facility that I have ever used & ther have been many. Preston is fabulous as far a customer service!

Great!
We live in Ventana Lakes and our house is small. We were excited when StorQuest opened so near (only 7/10 mile) our home. We have never been disappointed with the space. The grounds are always clean and neat. We have creatively designed our space with shelves (but without attaching anything to the walls.) It is convenient and accessible for us and it helps keep down clutter at home. The folks who operate it are very nice and pleasant. What more could we ask? Nothing...it is perfect for us.

I have to say amaxing!
As that really is the only word to adequately describe my experience here. Top-Notch from move-in day to the day I moved out. The facility was absolutely immaculate. The on-site manager gives you personal attention. All the staff were really just incredible. If you need storage, you can't do better than here!
