Up and above duty
The insight manger was wonderful with my movers and helping g them gain access to my unit for me and then later that night he went up and above by jumping out of bed when he noticed the same van and went to help them with my very last load. It was 5 minutes until closing!!!

Its a nice clean facility. The only thing is having to move inside it takes alot longer having to use the elevator and walking down long hallways to get to your unit. Over all we like it. Thank yoy spare foot.

This is very possibly the best storage in Phoenix.
The manager, his wife, the owner and the Sunday manager are all exceptionally friendly, helpful, and pleasant. They have all been extraordinarily helpful and accomodating at different times when I have needed help or assistance. It is very rare to find such helpful service anywhere today. I thoroughly recommend anyone to use their services if needed.

They knew when I was coming in and ready to show me two different sizes of units. The staff was very friendly, thorough, and easy to work with. I loved the fact they had carts and dollys available for use. I wasn't expecting that but for a multi-floor storage unit. It makes sense.

The staff at the facility are outstanding. There needs to be a better way of commuicating the online reservation to the facility. They did not have my reservation available to them when I got there. Also if you could make sure to put on the website that paperwork will be necessary to fill out when you arrive on site would also be very helpful. Thanks for your time. Ken Fellenz

DO NOT RENT HERE! BAIT & SWITCH! AFTER 3 MONTHS THEY RAISE RENT FOR $25 UNIT TO OVER $90!!!
WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE! Fraudulent Bait & Switch. Never said anything about upcoming rent change when I checked in, then after 2 months I get a letter saying the rent for the 5 x 10 unit is going up to over $90!!! When I complained they said "You moved in with a promotional rate, we decided that's over now". UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

All air-conditioned (!) and feels safe!
The air conditioning is sooo much better than "climate controlled" where I had my things before and they were ruined in the summer humidity. I'm a single woman and it feels very safe because it is so well lit with security cameras all over. The manager, Sal, is friendly, funny and helpful. Really glad I found this place.

Fun - Clean and AIR CONDITIONED
I was looking for storage and this was the only one I found that had air conditioning. All the others had climate control which I found out was swamp coolers - yuch! Sal (manager) was funny and helped alot. Got a 10x10 for $99 which was WAY cheaper than the other places
