Great staff, good value
I have other units rented here and the staff has always been great to work with, much better value than where I used to rent. This unit had a tiny door but I got my BIG piece of furniture through it sideways only for short term. 5x8 outside unit best for boxes.

No Climate Control
The unit was in the back back (last row) and no climate control in Arizona heat. Will not use this storage space again.

Convenient and accomodating!
I am so appreciative of the help I received over the phone to set up my reservation for a storage unit. Im so bad with names, but the lady that helped me stated she been working there for 6 yrs if that helps. She was super super nice. Awesome customer service and made me feel extremely welcomed. She was great. Hypothetically, I would have paid double rent just because of her friendliness.

bad communication online operator
I made a reservation in advance and when I got there I had ordered a 10 by 10 air-cooled unit which was not available and they didn't even have my confirmation I had hired for guys to help me move and it cost me more because of the time frame it wasn't his fault because he had no idea that it was bad communication, I took the unit so I had no choice but I would have left otherwise because I had hired people to help me move

Awesome service
Awesome customer service, I was greeted and cared for immediately, and felt like my business was appreciated. The only reason this isn't a five-star review is the sign on the wall when you walk in that says "All storage measurements are approximations". The storage room looked smaller than I expected, and when I measured it, it was 10 feet across, but only 8'10" deep. (I rented a 10'x10')
The friendliness of the staff definitely made up for any other issues!
