Great Place, Friendly Staff
Just rented a unit through the website a few days ago. The process was easy to follow and quick to get done. Went down the next morning to pick up the lock and see the unit. The employee in the office greeted us with a smile and explained exactly how to get to our unit, what the office hours were and what the self service hours were when the office is closed. Super helpful. The entire place was spotless and it was very easy to follow her directions to the unit. Once we got to the unit it was clean and there was a welcome bag with the lock and a pamphlet with additional information waiting for us. Overall a great experience.

Just What We Needed

Above and beyond what I expected.
I appreciate every aspect of their services. The quick turn time from their customer service is top-notch. Amy, the manager at my location is an AMAZING example of what leadership should look like when doing business with others. I appreciate her attention to detail and her smile is very welcoming! Customer service was fantastic! Very clean. First month prices have some extra prices that I wasn’t expecting. $18+ fee for a lock required. Insurance is a required monthly payment. Otherwise, good experience.

Very helpful and friendly office staff, her name is Maria.
Everything went well. My only concern is I went to drop off some stuff around 9:30pm on Sunday and could not access the building. No other issues than that.
