Nate Fuller great manager
The manager, Nate Fuller is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Location is a wee bit hidden but worth the hunt. They have lots of carts to help you and and elevator. Air cooled. Highly recommend.

5 minutes to spear...
The guy aat the front was beyond amazing.. We got there with maybe 20 minutes before they closed. He was so helpful got everything done and handled super fast and super easy. I highly recommended this facility it was clean and my husband and I are very happy with the choice we made picking Kolb Road self storage.

Great prices and convenience for anyone with minimum items.
I called ahead of time to reserve unit and had needed little space. I moved stuff in a day ahead date and I clerk was helpful and professional. No fuss or redtape like other storage facilities. Great place!

Great facility, great staff
Though older, this facility is well-kept-up. It's clean and everything is well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and there is a definite focus on security. Some of their policies that aren't necessarily convenient actually add to the security of your possessions. Security is never convenient, as they say.
It's absolutely top-notch Attention is paid to the details, like having a drinking fountain with ice-cold, tasty water. Wonderful, when you're moving in on a broiling hot day.

Nice place!!
Paula was very accommodating and helpful when we checked in. They have many carts of all sizes to help with the moving to the unit, and the unit was comfortable and clean. I wanted a place to store pictures and few things that I couldn’t fit in my small place. Perfect!!

Very secure location!
Very secure location and amazing office manager and assistant. They were extremely kind and reached out to us prior to move in date. I feel safe my things will not be stolen. However, the units do not have lights and unless you are on the ground floor it take three times as long to get your stuff down the elevator and down the hall into the unit. A price to pay for security, but be prepared for a slower than expected move in.

Recommended facility, safe access, very clean and well maintained, convenient carts to help with heavy items, fairly priced and nice service. Limited to access during business hours only but this creates a closely monitored environment for peace of mind.

Clean, cool but tight spaces to maneuver.
