From the moment I reserved the unit online to the moment I decided to actually get the unit Karen was extremely professional, nice, and helpful. I wasn’t sure if the original unit was going to be big enough but, without hesitation Karen offered to show me both units; the one I reserved and one a little bigger. Since the next one up was pricier than I cared to pay, Karen took the time to help me search for a bigger unit elsewhere at a lesser price. I ended up just going with the one I had reserved online. Before leaving Karen made sure my gate code worked and walked me to my unit and showed me the different ways to access it from different doors. All in all I was very pleased with her professionalism and her attention to the customers.

The staff is amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. It's clean and secured. I decided to rent there because of another tenants recommendation and I will recommend to others as well.

Renting from Public Storage was the best experience I have ever had seriously because I've moved 41 times I was able to have a item to help me move my boxes and it was in-store storage which I've never had thank you Public Storage

Desk person was very nice
Desk person was very nice. She was even nice to the crazy old man who rudely interrupted my transaction and demanded service. There was a small error on my bill, but it was corrected within an hour after just ONE phone message, impressive.

Chas is the mgr and is a pleasure to work with. We have a complicated storage situation and she was able to handle all our needs for a climate control storage area. The site was very clean and our storage area was spotless. Would highly recommend this site and Chas.

Clean and efficient storage experience
The service I received at Public Storage was prompt and professional. The facilities were clean and the security appeared to be completely adequate. The price does tend to rise as you go through the leasing process -- buying the lock, insurance, and the administrative fee can add up. Other than that, using Public Storage has been great.

Great customer service from Anna.
No problems with renting a storage unit for a short period of time. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that customers are not told that they have to have renters insurance and buy a P.S. lock. The $1 rent for one month ends up being more then that....administration fee, lock fee, and insurance.
