Do not book here, they do not honor the reservation you make. Traveled here with a car full of equipment just to be told they will not honor the reservation promo THAT THEY LISTED on SpareFoot. Even after seeing the reservation, the manager attempted to read the reservation and kept trying to not read the part about the 1 yr lock in rate. Like really dude, I am not dumb!!! Bait and switch?? NOT COOL !!! 🤬 GAS COST WAY TO MUCH AND BAY AREA TRAFFIC IS TOO REAL TO BE LYING AND PLAYING GAMES UNDER YOUR COMPANIES NAME!!!

Not climate controlled so nothing that can be damaged by heat should be stored. Otherwise a decent place and price not far from SF.

Great Experience
This is the nicest storage unit facility I've ever used. The unit was new and clean. The registration process was quick and easy. They had a great deal for 50% off for the first two months. Also, the free pickup was something no other place offered. Very convenient.

Drive-up storage with great access hours and move-in help
Can't complain about CSI, who provide a good selection of storage units with drive-up access, were friendly showing the unit and filling out paperwork, and who were able to provide two guys to unload the moving truck I had brought across country.
They even let me park the truck behind the gates on-site overnight as we needed to schedule the movers for the next day.

Jerico the property manager was very helpful. We arranged for two men to move my wardrobes on Sunday morning a 9AM. At 9AM they arrived, everything was as agreed and the move proceeded without a hitch.

One reason I choose this place was they offered free truck and 2-men movers!!. They were so helpful;however, I wish I had more time to organize with them. It might be helpful if there is someone to assist in putting items so that someone like me who needs helping hands can ask for the service-I do not mind paying for the services. Customer service was excellent-front office as well as 2 movers. This was my first time in using any Storage place and I do hope I made a right decision.
