Never disappointed

The service at this facility is outstanding. Michael was very helpful setting me up with the perfect second unit, close to my first unit. He had everything ready for me when the movers came to load my furniture into my new unit. Andrea is also always very helpful and friendly. Both of them go above and beyond the call of duty to help the customers with anything they need.

This facility is very clean. I rented a storage here for a couple years, and I always felt like my belongings were safe here. The staff are friendly and they are always easy to talk to. Any time there were any concerns regarding my account or if I had any questions myself I always received prompt notice and prompt response. If you are living near this storage location and are looking for a storage solution I highly recommend this place.

This Public Storage location is great! It's really clean, y'all maintain the bathrooms, carts are available for use if you speak up and ask, parking locations are wide enough that I was able to spin around in a wheel chair for several minutes without hitting a single thing! The staff is really friendly and nice, not to mention pretty. Yes, you're all beautiful. Especially you...you know who you are. Their office also smells nice (might just be the girls perfume). Overall, it's a fantastic location to store your belongings and forget about them for a while.

I just spent the last few minutes with Michael, and he was the kindest, most courteous person I have had the privilege of speaking with at Public Storage , since Harry left. I wish the Public Storage Customer Service call center was as courteous. They were curt and absolutely cold. Courtesy and kindness goes a long way! But his courtesy and kindness is probably why they're almost full!

Nicole was the rep that helped my family and I. She was very sincerely nice and helpful. She explained everything clearly, calmly, and knowledgeablely. She took her time with us and made us felt like priority. My young daughter kept her chatting and she responded with sweet conversation which I appreciated. I always felt welcomed and liked.

Awesome experience - especially for a 1st time storage user....
Was hesitant about getting storage, but had no choice with our move in/move out situation. My nerves were put to ease as I pulled up to the nice location and shown the unit facility. Highly recommend! Very easy and comfortable feel.
