Outstanding service and facility
Never having used A Storage facility before I wasn’t sure what to expect.
Bill and Tammy were awesome. The place was clean they went out of their way to make sure I knew the rules and the easiest way to get in and out and how to keep my belongings safe. I feel lucky that I found this facility and recommend it to anybody.

Seamless experience and great price for the region
I found this facility online with great pricing. It’s a little inland from the coast, but easily accessible and with gate access through your phone. Customer service was great, facilities are super clean and quiet. Price is almost unmatched for San Diego. All I was hoping for in a storage facility!

My Experience
I would for sure have this as my go to storage unit. I wish there was more carts, BUT overall I’m happy. I feel like my things are secure and I don’t have to worry. Staff was super friendly:)

Exceptional customer service and availability on last-minute storage
I Googled for needing a storage last minute on a Saturday or Sunday I believe fortunately this is the storage that I found the customer service was absolutely exceptional I wish I could remember this person's name that helps me I thought I was going to get a 5 by 5 but got the next size up and yes I would definitely recommend just two words to anyone that needed one

Stay in the ground floor and you’ll be fine!
I rented a 10x15 in the 2nd floor as it had a great price. I am now dreading the day that will come when I move out. There are only two elevators for the entire building and not using friendly for moving. Elevators are slow. And one of them broke while we were unloading so we had to dolley all of our stuff through the first floor to the other elevator, up to second floor and then dolley to our unit. I was paying movers and this took twice as long as it should have! There’s no way to hold the elevator doors open. You have to enter your code every time. If you keep pushing the button to keep the door open it doesn’t allow you to help move anything and eventually the elevator starts screaming at you. Made moving in completely frustrating.

Great Price, Great Space !
The inside and outside of the storage are very well kept. Its quiet and isn't in a busy area. The staff has been friendly and helpful. Just recently moved into the unit and so far overall it's been a positive experience. I like that there are Dollys you can use while on the property. I like there are multiple gate codes for entry. I feel it helps secure safe entry all times of day.

I would give this facility 5 stars if it was cleaned at least once every 6 months. I have gone there for the past 4 years and the stairs we use have always been disgusting. Human hair as well as debris all over the stairway. The carpet is always dirty. Im tired of the back access door being broken..for at least a year and no fix. Other than that it's a safe place for storage. The gentleman in the office is always informative, helpful, & professional.

Nice, clean facility. Staff is friendly and helpful. Having a safe place for my stuff is a load off my mind. I've been a customer here for more than three years. My only complaint is that the stairwells and bathroom need to be cleaner.

Five stars is not enough, had my stuff here for months and months and never had a worry for its safety. The staff (especially Britney) were courteous, knowledgeable in the check ins and outs. They could be blindfolded and still find your unit! Location off main street a nice bonus. Would rent again with them

Public Storage is the Best
I've been with Public Storage for over 10 years and they are the best. The staff is great and personable, helpful. The facilities are great. Prices are competitive especially if you get in on one of their special offers. They don't have any garbage cans in the facility which is frustrating, but I can see that if they had them, people would dump all their unwanted storage in there and it would be out of control.

Great place, best prices!
I shopped around and found that this location had the best prices in North County. I like that it's not in a shady or ghetto neighborhood so it makes me feel like my storage is safe. The office people are friendly and helpful. I've had my storage there for a couple of months now and so far I've got no complaints to give.
