Unsafe elevators

Loading/unloading dock is too steep. You have to keep entering your code to open the door and they close too quickly. The elevators are very dangerous. The doors close as you are walking through them. Usually elevators open back up if they sense something in the doors path, not these elevators they keep closing. I almost got my hand crushed.

Clean and easy to access storage unit!

Storage unit was clean, and is easy to access. I had to change my move in date to a couple of days earlier than planned, but it was no problem - the unit was all ready to accommodate my earlier move in date. Security is good too...you need to enter your access code not only when you enter the property, but to access the elevators, too.

Cleaniness

I've noticed a lot of customers leaving trash and stuff that maybe that they had no room in their storage unit. Possibly you could leave a Dewey dumpster for customers to use. It would help keep the place tidy.

Good storage place overall. The only issue I had was about these two guys that parked inside where you unload and one of them got inside the other guys car and stayed there for a while. In my opinion it made it uncomfortable because I didn’t know if they were watching what I was unloading or what kind of intentions they had.

Great customer service

I got to the facility and was greeted and helped immediately. She was very friendly, found my online reservation and showed us around. The facility is clean, although they have areas where the electrical is bad so the lights flicker, and there is a high pitch ringing.... I can't imagine having a unit in that area, I would lose my mind. Office closes at six so if you need a cart you need to be there before then. But the building is accessable until 9. Which is good for me.

I shopped around before deciding to go with Public storage. I was first impressed with the price but when I spoke with the employees and visited the site I was impressed with everything about it! The customer service is excellent and the security is great! I like how secure the facility is, not only coded entry and exit but you cannot use the elevator to access your unit without a code, the elevator won't open and if it does, if you've waited to long to get in and press your floor number it will not move! They have security cameras everywhere and intercom to office staff. I'm very pleased with Public Storage overall.

First time renting a storage unit

First time renting a storage unit. Price is reasonable. Only issue is on my floor unit there is a minimal of light so makes the building seem spooky. Plus in order to borrow a dollie you have to go to the front desk. This process takes longer when u have parked in the back and are in need of a dollie. I recommend having dollies closer to loading docks to help with the storage process.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service, was told nobody can help resolve the issue and NOTHING can be done... I find it extremely hard to believe absolutely nothing could be done. Also if the employees informed me that I would continue to pay for 2 units this month I would have waited a month to upgrade to a larger size...

I usually use another company for my storage needs, but they couldn't accommodate me. I know of Public Storage through their TV ads and gave them a call. A representative answered all my questions and reserved me a unit without any money down. The quote he gave me was less than half of what I pay at the other company I use. I will always use Public Storage and telll everyone I know about them!

Anne made the whole storage process a breeze!! Bertha was so helpful on the. phone and when I arrived Anne walked me through everything and made it all simple and quick! I truly appreciate the help that these ladies offered. Moving is stressful enough and these ladies really helped ease my stress. The property is beautiful and everything looks new. It is a very secure lot and I definitely feel comfortable storing my things here. If you need storage in the area I highly recommend public storage!
