We rented a unit and within 1 day it...
We rented a unit and within 1 day it had been broken into and items from the adjacent units stolen/vandalized. Fortunately we had not placed our items I storage yet. Security at the site was insufficient to allow that to happen. Anyone could break through the adjoining walls between units. While the local staff were great, we found ourselves needing to locate an alternate storage facility with little time as there were none available at other Public Storage facilities. A very disappointing experience. I am still waiting on a refund of my application and rental fee.

My Experience with Jasmaine was amazing. I really appreciate when a associate is knowledgeable of the Company they represent. Jaz was awesome! She knew the answer to every last one of my questions and helped me through the process quickly and efficiently. I'm a very particular person and she put me at ease about storage. Great service & a wonderful location to boot
Mario was a great help & got me a fantastically located space in the building. The location off Beverly has been so closely located that it's been the easiest move I've ever done. & after multiple price comparisons, turned out to be the best deal in the long run!
