A great place to go for your storage needs
Conveniently located at border of Daly City and Pacifica, CA. Called the facility directly and spoke with Arthur. He was able to find the unit at the right size for me although the website indicated no vacancy. Went to their office and completed the signing process. It was a simple and easy process done with social distancing and mostly digitally.
Arthur and the other staff were courteous and professional. Facility is clean and well managed. Thank you for the great service!

Thank you for making it so fast and easy to move out of my 5 x 10 unit into a 5 x 5 unit. Since I'm retired and no longer have a lot of work equipment, O no longer need a large storage space.

I just got the 5' x 5' storage space...
I just got the 5' x 5' storage space for our extra personal belongings that we don't want in our home but want to save them. The space was large enough to accomodate all our extra stuff. The place is very clean in and out of our rented space. The manager, Vicente, was very professional and courteous in dealing with my concerns. i would definitely recommend this place.

There is no untoward incident so far. Experience dealing with storage staff is pleasant. They are courteous and polite. Storage area is kept clean and I feel safe. The staff also let us know all the benefits and storage materials available for renters.

I've been a loyal customer of Uhaul all my life, and i usually stick to one company, if one bad experience happens, i usually look over it. But the last time, it was back to back of things that came off extremely short and costed me WAY to much money, and there customer service was massively poor, they didnt help in any way to help moving to the bay any easier. I based my judgement of moving my house hold stuff to their storage. On the base of their short comings of information. It cost me double the initial budget i have plan to move. cz the unit they suggested to have my 3bedroom household didnt even fit 1/4 of the truck load.
So what i did, i searched up another storage company. I end up picking this Public Storage because of the understanding and well oriented staff, they extremely understood the discomforts of moving and did what they could possibly do to make my moving to the bay easier. You couldnt get any more better customer service to help you in your time of moving then from the staff from this Public Storage, they are warm welcome, well oriented and the gold ticket what stood out to me, anything moving related, they go outta their way to make sure they give an efficient answer with multiple options to let you pick whats best for you.
From a person who just went out on a wim to look for another storage unit to place our stuff till we buy a house here in the bay. I couldnt ask for a better staff and company to provide the service and customer service then this Public Storage.
Thank you for ease of the decision making to move to your unit and your customer service.
P.S. Look for Art, great guy, he helped me ALOT!!! made moving our household stuff into his unit at ease

A sure easy process of getting a storage needs manager was there to help me out with exactly what I needed he assessed how big a storage I would definitely need the place was super clean gated coded lock safe cameras everywhere definitely would eliminate some fears of breaking and entering manager was super cool patient professional
