I was so stressed about the move and if we would make it to storage on time. The lady who helped me was so kind she stayed an extra hour to make sure we made it and said “no worries” then she gave me the closest unit to the door which I appreciated because the movers were elderly.

This is my first storage unit, so I didn't expect much. Based on my previous calls to other storages, most sounded very unhappy with their jobs, or as if I was bothering you them.
Soon as we walked into Trojan customer service acknowledged us and was super friendly even though they were already assisting another customer. Explained all the paperwork to us and even showed us the storage unit without his asking to see it. Good customer service is a key to keep a business running, so keep it up guys.

Professional staff and efficient move in process, competive pricing
Great customer service! On move in day, I received a call from Sarah reaching out to see if I had any questions and sharing when she would be away at lunch. Cindy was in the office when I arrived and she quickly let us through the gates and showed me the unit. Once I approved the location and size of the unit, she allowed my husband access to the unit. While they were moving our things into the storage unit, Cindy and I went back to the office to complete the paperwork which was quick and efficient with no issues or delays.

I needed a short term storage facility for holiday items while I get settled into a new apartment. I have physical disabilities that can cause me to take a much longer time to go through an ordinary day. The gentleman was patient, offered to read out loud and fill out contract for me. ( my hands have extreme tremors at times ) made sure that I was steady on my feet and also when raising from my chair. My unit location is great. Plus the bathrooms were accessible and hospital clean. I found your company from a blog that I read. I have never before used blog recommendations, being leery of them. I am so pleased and happy that I did this time !

Great Storage Facility w/ excellent customer service
Roger is a truly great asset to your storage facility. From the moment he returned my call to give me requested info to actually meeting him in person and signing up for a unit. He went above and beyond for me in a time-sensitive situation and made sure I was taken care of, while answering my many questions with a smile. This man deserves a raise! Average service is hard to come by, but he was excellent!

I have been looking for quite some time to merge the 2 storages that I've been paying for for the past two years. it was with much difficulty to find one that was worth ALL of the work to put them together. It took 2 Days & 15 Hours with Hired Help! Luckily I found your facility. I am now saving & feel very Safe with All of my Belongings in 1 Place while I Unfotuntely Battle Disability Retirement.

I would like to share my experience with StateWide storage in Elk Grove CA. The facility is very clean. The management was super helpful in meeting the needs of my small business and helped with choosing the right location as well as size of the unit. Management is always available during open hours and I can tell if I have concerns or problems this facility with be right there to resolve problems. I have had my business supplies in several facilities in the area and I feel this facility will be top of my list.

when you go into the storage at night the light sensor would come on but not for long and while trying to put stuff in it doesnt sense you are there so it stays dark until you come out an wave your arms. I almost fell and lost hold of the stuff I was moving because I couldn't see. This is very dangerous. I could have been injured. If I am alone ( and I usually am when at storage there is no way for me to do this safely. What? Am I supposed to hold a flashlight and move stuff at the same time. The other storage facility was a slight bit more money but it wasnt a hassle. They keep their lights on until closing time. I think that must be whwre I got my savings from. Not worth it. I would like to stay healthy and without injuies.
