ALICE WAS VERY TIMELY AND ENTHUSIASTIC TO HELP. SHE STUCK AROUND TO MAKE SURE I WAS ABLETO LOCK THE UNIT AND KNEW HO TO WORK THE LOCK. WE ALSO HAD A FRIENDLY CONVERSATION FOR ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES WHILE I WAS MOVING IN. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I reserved my storage online fast easy. Came in the next day. I got there early so I waited outside the gate , two ladies leaving stopped and talked to me very nice , opened up the gate for me. Got to the office Briana I think her name was , went over paperwork and showed me the storage. It took literally 12 minutes. Awesome because I had my three year old with me who is super impatient lol. All and all the facility is nice clean. All three of the ladies I came across were very friendly and professional. Oh yes and great prices !!!! Thank you

What can i say - it's a storage yard where I keep our small utility trailer. The sign up process and the personnel were great. The monthly charge is very reasonable as well.

When I came in to rent my storage there was a very angry and rude woman there I was impressed with how the lady handled the situation. She kept her cool and was doing everything she could to help her. And while the woman went away unsatisfied with the answers she got, she had to admit that the lady did all she could to help. I was very impressed and very satisfied with my experience when it was my turn. She asked questions that I hadn't thought of and helped me get the right storage for me. I was very happy!!

Easy in easy out.
Contacted the Public Storage call center and was referred to the facility on Gates ave. Once we got insurance on our trailer, the rental process took very little time. My spot is a little tight but I think that when the other renters use their trailers, they might leave me a little more space. Cheapest rent in Fresno,
