7 inches short, but excellent customer service.
I rented a 10x4 unit...that had at maximum about 41 inches of depth, so it's more like a 10x3.5. I have fit my items in so far, though I have some more to add. That said, every single person I dealt with was professional, responsive, and friendly. If you're looking for sheer bulk, this might not be the best choice for you, but for the overall cleanliness, accessibility, and customer service, this is a very solid option.

Great, but I wish they were open longer.
The price, the location, and the space are all great. The only thing that I have a problem with is the hours of access. I know that they tightened the hours of access recently, but it would be better if the facility were open at least a couple of hours more per day. But, that's just me!

Does need a few minor repairs, but well lit, clean, easy to negotiate to my unit, and very helpful, friendly staff; and I’m a disabled elderly person! They were very kind and I appreciated that.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE HIGHLY RECOMMEND
WOW THIS STORAGE FACILITY HAS TO BE THE CLEANEST ONE I HAVE EVER SEEN!! ALL THE LIGHTS WERE BRIGHT WHITE THE FLOORS WERE SPOTLESS AND SO WAS THE ELEVATOR!! THE STAFF IS SUPER DOWN TO EARTH AND HELPFUL. I HAD HELP FROM KATHY WHO SHOWED ME MY UNIT AND ALSO ANSWERED ALL MY STUPID QUESTIONS LOL. THANK YOU !!

I would recommend the storage to all my friends and family the units are very big and it’s affordable nice being in the restrooms are inside the facility and is it inside unit so if it’s raining you’re able to still do what you Gotta do to kill your needs of storing your items
