Pleasant experience
I just rented a 10x30. My experience was pleasant. Geena was very helpful. I appreciate that security is very important to them. As opposed to my previous storage facility. Only 2 amenities I wish were there. A light inside my storage unit, and a free moving truck. Also, a later time for gates to close. Maybe 9:00pm. Pricing is good in relationship to the unit sizes.

Great drive-up access, all the walls meet ceiling to separate each unit.
The storage facility is thoughtfully laid out. Well organized. Clean and neat. Easy drive up access, enough space to easily manuever pretty good-sized Uhaul trucks, and vigilant security. The regular staff person on duty is knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service, clearly communicating the rules and expectations. Good flexibility in accommodating tenants within those guidelines. Made move-in a breeze.

Everything I could ask for!
Kris was very kind and helpful. She answered all my questions amd showed me everything I needed to see before signing my lease. The facilities were extremely clean and the location is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. I couldn't ask for more from a storage facility. 10/10!

The Spare Foot storage facility has friendly staff and clean units.

Availability at a fair price; in a short notice.
I had a choice in different sized units to fit my needs. The staff was educated and professional ; to inquire about what I was storing . I was given different suggestions and options to choose ; in sizes of units to house my items.

Customer put on backburner
First time customer at this place only to be told to come back in more than an hour before being helped. Informed them I'll take my business elsewhere. Will be passing this along to alot of people.

Diane was very friendly and accommodating. My son had to go in the complete the lease. Diane was very kind and everything she said in the phone she did. The faculty is clean and access to unit is easy.

Great facility, great staff, my only complaint is I went with this location because online it clearly states a senior discount of 10% which would have been extremely helpful for our budget, but they refused to honor it Ôÿ╣´©Å I wish they would take it off their website if they are t going to let people use it.
