Awesome Experience!!!
Spoke with Andrew and he was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I originally booked with the storage facility in Menifee but had to transfer to the one in Hemet because it was closer to me. Both facilities are great!!! The staff was very accommodating to my needs and made a tiring job easy.

Best storage facility
Nothing but great things about this place. Great customer service on the phone and at the place dealing with Derrick. Super nice and super easy. Price was very competitive, but the customer service was second to none. My storage place in the future.

Well Maintained but pricey
We have been here for 8 years and have 3 units (1 AC, 2 regular). The staff have always been very nice. For the first 4 years the prices did not change, but after we acquired our 3rd unit, they started raising the monthly rent by $11 a month per unit every year. So, every year our cost goes up $396, and they are unable to work with us in spite of being a long term customer. My husband likes the fact we are up against the AC building and face north. He thinks it keeps our stuff cooler. The rolling doors do not seal against dust storms, so two units got a ton of dirt inside after a bad dust storm. They told us our home owners insurance would cover it. But if I owned a home, I wouldn't need storage units...

Feel my stored items are protected.
Cathy is a great lady to work with. She always makes you feel special. As to pricing, I have rented from Hemet Storage for years. I have seen my rent increase 3 times and the fee has tripled. If I was in better health, I would move out as I really can't afford the rent, however, I can't have the contents put on the chopping block for non-payment. As they say, I'm between a rock and a hard place.

Overall this is an organized and well run facility.
The sign up to reserve a storage space is organized and easy to do. Everything was explained completely. The entry and exit through the gate is fast and easy to do. I was satisfied with the overall experience.

Best Storage Place in Town

Nice facility except they raise prices every year and dust blows inside.
After one year price was raised 6%, second year 6%, third year 13%. They rent me an outdoor garage with one light bulb and access to an electric outlet across the driveway. I can't justify rent increases this much this often. I have to blow out the dust that blows in between the gaps in the door once or twice a year. The employees are very friendly and easy to work with.

Clean, friendly, competively priced.
I have had a storage unit at A Storage Place for several years. Mine is climate controlled one for permanent storage of items I don’t have room for at home. The storage unit stays dry, clean and comfortable. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

TOTALLY AWESOME!!!
This facility is always clean. The gate controller always works. Rates are reasonable. I am a commercial tenant and these things are important to me. Customer service is amazing because KATHY IS AMAZING. I have rented at other places and have found that YOU don't raise rents unless you have to. Thanks for everything!!!!!!

Great customer service
A bit pricey (and keep going up!) but a perfect customer service. I had to replace my lock because it froze on me (maybe is time to actually work on liquidating my storage place !) and no more then 1 hour later I got frantic calls from the office that the lock got changed and asking if It was me the culprit.
