Great facility with very friendly & thorough customer service!
I was very impressed with CubeSmart Self Storage. The facility looks great, is clean & organized and seems to be run like a well-oiled machine.
I had the pleasure of being welcomed and walked through the entire process (and multiple units) by the General Manager, Cyrus, whom I must say, was a gentleman and left no stone unturned as he walked me through everything from multiple units to parking/loading areas to paperwork and coverages.
I own several storages myself in Texas and am very familiar with the business and the product. That being said, I am quite impressed with this facility and the management.
I would strongly recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for self storage.

Fast and easy
Was able to book online and pay in advance which made it easy and convenient to move in after business hours which worked out well as my flight was at midnight.

Clean facility, exceptionally helpful employees.
After being disappointed with another facility, we checked out CubeSmart on W. Olympic Blvd. Meghan was extremely helpful from the beginning to end of our visit. She answered all of our questions plus provided additional information that we would need.
Their pricing seemed fair and their systems were straightforward. Communication by phone, online and in-person were all good. I would highly recommend this company/location for your storage needs.

Love the location and love the security and my saftey
I got there and I am in process of getting my picture government I'd however I am a disabled LGBT person Christopher is one of main manager help I used my best friend Andre to help to use his identity temp to then I can show my court document of when I did a name change 3 years ago I had it in my bag of important documents and I not know how I had cash in my hand so then to help with move in then there helping me to get into it then Christopher is going above a call of duty and since of I going through domestic partner abuse to point then I am trying to reorganize my life however my ex boyfriend is still trying to figure out how to keep hurting and such to interrupt more and more of my life to ruin my chances to get far away from him and whatever it will take

Very nice and clean facility, but they have elevator issues
The elevators did not work for almost a full day. My move in was delayed. Customers were stranded on the floor of their unit. It was very disorganized. There was nothing we could do.
That being said, I'm hoping this was an aberation and not the norm. The staff and facilities have been very nice otherwise.

The facility is so clean and highly secured. They require you to enter a code to enter the facility, the elevator and to exit the facility. The front desk person was very kind and helpful during the entire process. Would highly recommend this storage space for anyone!

EXCELLENT STORAGE FACILITY across-the-board
Rented space for 2.5 years. This place is GREAT! Made changes in budget, so I moved everything out; BUT the quality of storage was worth my time there. Great security (limiting access hours; make sure you exit in time!), convenient moving carts stored in orderly manner, climate-controlled space (my VHS tapes survived perfectly fine!), cleanliness (shiny clean bathroom sink), fun music piped in, and conscientiousness of staff: manager Isela, asst. mgr Sonia, and Robert. Always responsive, helpful, courteous, and willing to work with you. If it didn't cost anything to rent, I'd keep stuff there way longer. LOL. Thanks, Team, for taking GREAT care of my stuff!

Great location and nice yet professional staff ready to assist.
A super clean facility that feels secure and well tended. Staff is friendly courteous and ready to help solve your storage needs. Very good access to all units and two elevators means no waiting. Well lit, plenty of roll carts to borrow and call buttons everywhere. Storage materials sold on premises. Move in truck available for first move in. Nice place with nice people is always a plus.

Much appreciated service and the facility is clean and secure.
It was the last minimum decision that I need a storage for my furniture. I stopped by the facilitate, had a quick tour, and filled out the reservation online. Within a business day, I received a follow up phone call from a staff, the whole process was easy enough and stress free. I have stopped by my unit 4-5 times in the last month, the facility is always clean. I was able to find parking easily, and there are plenty of carts to use. I would definitely recommend this facility to the neighborhood.

Great facility but the elevates are consistently out of service
Very friendly staff. Secure facility. Always clean. My only complaint is the frequency in which the elevators are out of service. It seems whatever work is done to fix them is only a band aid and isn't addressing whatever the real problem is.

Clean, safe, convenient
I very much appreciate the safety factor. I can enter the facility at any time, by myself, and feel secure. The facility is always clean and neat and the staff is friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that my unit, the only one of that size available at the time, has very little light. It is difficult to see in the interior of the space, but apart from that, I have been extremely satisfied with the facility.
