Disappointed
I had a reservation to move in on the 9th, made the reservation and spoke with the employee. I go to check in and my reservation is gone and the price went up. The female employee was not helpful and wouldn't make any exceptions. Im very disappointed.

This place is awful.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. i chose this place because having AAA, the price is very reasonable, of course when i went in to sign paper work the man inside wouldn't even try to scan my card because it wasn't a physical card, it was through the AAA app. He refused to take it because " there was no expiration date " which there was, he said " his computer wouldn't scan it " he didn't even try. Therefore i had to miss out on all the benefits. Which i'm pretty sure AAA didn't make a "My card app " for it not to work. I sucked it up and paid for everything. I asked them to set me up with a u-haul and the man agreed, of course he forgot to do so and sent us off. After trying to find a u-haul place that was still open, we found one loaded it up and headed to the storage unit. I got there after office hours had closed and found my unit still had their padlock on it. I was so over this place but i was not going to head back home pay u-haul and extra day and search for another storage unit. I had to call the emergency security number and explain to them what happened. They connected me to the man that helped me earlier and he said he would be there in 20 mins. It ended up taking him almost 2 hours to get there. I was so frustrated, you only have access to your unit until 9p.m. and if you are there past 9 you get a fine.. I wasn't very happy with the fact that it was 20 to 9 when he finally showed up. When he finally got there all he told me was " I'll give you extra access time and knock $10 off your bill " $10?! I thought the first month was free considering i had to pay $130 for the first month and $20 for a lock but no they are calling me, emailing me saying my rent is past due . So i guess i have to fork up another $100 for the 16 days I've had the unit. This place is a mess . As i said before i would not recommend it.

Spaces state 5x10, but was 4x9. Where is your truth in advertising?
We looked at 2 different Trojan facilities and saw a total of four "5x10" units. However, not one of these units was 5x10. Wish we'd had time to look elsewhere.

First time renter!!
My fist time experience renting a storage, was the worse ! After getting there with my property, along with my hired help, I was unable to open my unit, because they forgot to remove their lock, so I was stuck waiting for nearly 3 hours until someone was contacted and asked to go open my storage. Then, I was offered a $20.00 dlrs for any inconvenience their error-mistake could have gave me? Really?? I couldn't believe and still can't , how in the world could of this happened!

Great Customer Service!
CJ was very helpful in getting me the best price on a unit that would fit all my things. It was very busy when I moved in, but CJ was very accomodating, professional, & friendly, so I didn't mind waiting. With their alarm system, security seems tight so I don't have any concerns with storing my belongings here. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to others.

Lied too and ripped off
I paid for a storage and at last minute i was told that its Only 24hr access ( THE MAIN REASON I CHOSE THIS STORAGE ) if pay $30.00 extra per month......So i did
Then started to move in the next day and realized the storage they had GIVEN me was WRONG SIZE
( SMALLER than what I Allready PAID For.) when i asked to change my paperwork and adjust the monthly payment to not be over charged ...i was told i had to wait till a supervisor can handle it.......its been over a week now no response...and I went to my storage at 10 pm for work stuff and was able to get in fine ,but when I tryed to leave my CODE DIDNT WORK and was STUCK INSIDE for an hour until finally someone called me back to let me out.......
Then two days later i asked about my storage being smaller than what I PAY FOR AND said he was to busy to handle it ......so i left upset and to get a phone Call saying that they changed the gate hrs to 9pm and no more 24hrs access ......(.the Only reason i picked trojan was cause of the 24hr access) that i paid 30.00 extra for when i moved in a week prior...
Reasons to not chose trojan storage
-Lied to about size of unit....CHARGED AND PAID FOR BIGGER SIZE AND GIVEN A SMALLER UNIT .
-up the price $30.00 last minute for 24hr access
-then code didnt work after 10pm LOCKING ME INSIDE OVER A HOUR
-and then changed policy of gate hrs (not 24hrs anymore)
After i paid for it
- still has not fixed any issues

Great Business Storage!
This is a great place for business storage. I have a small business and needed some extra space for our paperwork and deliveries . They have great specials, free invoices, friendly reminder calls, and easy access for delivery trucks. The staff was very helpful and informative. All and all a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Have been a customer for years, long before it was Trojan Storage, I found that the new staff is hard to deal with and not helpful at all, the property has taken a turn for the worst as far as cleanliness and curb appeal, have moved out of the property and would not recommend it to anyone.
