Easy to reserve a unit. Was able to get in and out of the office in less than 10 min. Office staff was friendly and helpful. I worked with Olivia and she was professional and knowledgeable. Property was clean and unit was easy to locate.

Employee was 30 mins late to appointment which was frustrating and cut into my hours for the moving truck I was renting. She accommodated for our time that was wasted and upgraded our storage unit which was nice. I feel that my belongings will be safe at this facility.

Rant to Rave

I was really happy with Kevin at the second location. Buchannan Circle. He was beyond helpful and friendly and knew that I was frustrated with the other location. I had made my reservation early in the week to come on Saturday. I asked to come as early as possible because I had several appointments I had to leave for. I was told 11Am was the earliest even though they open at 9:30. When I called back I spoke with someone else who said I could come at 10AM instead. I was told they had flooding at the location and she would be checking my unit Friday and would call me to let me know if there were any issues with the unit. When I arrived on Saturday, They were very friendly- However They were not able to get their lock off the unit. So it was not checked to see if flooding had affected it and now I was not able to get a storage at this location because they didn't have any other units this size. I was extremely frustrated with the lack of planning and follow up. Especially because I had made it clear that I had other appointments and needed to be as quick as possible. Then had to drive to another location and get it figured out. Like I said at the beginning- Kevin was amazing. Helpful, Kind and quick!!! And I am beyond thankful for that because I know I walked in with a bad attitude.

My mother was a customer at your Pacheco location. And she was so pleased with the customer service she recieved from Alyssa. My mother came home so happy. Good Experience

I am a first time storage user, so I did not know what to expect. The attendant (Haley) was very professional, and patiently showed all of the different units I asked to see. She was knowledgeable, answered all questions, and provided a seamless experience. The Buchanan Circle location fits my needs distance-wise, however, the shortened access hours pose a major inconvenience. I've considered moving my items to a different location so as not to have to wait until the weekend to visit.

Competent, friendly customer service

I'm impressed by the thorough, competent and friendly customer service I received from Haley, Alyssa, and Dave. They made the rental process easy, managing a couple of issues regarding insurance and the gate locks quickly and without a hassle. Dave, acting manager, also addressed my concerns regarding a rash of break-ins that had occurred a few months ago which I had read about on Yelp. He advised that after some upgrades and security measures had been put in place, there have been no further issues, so I'm glad to have my concerns allayed.

Review for Public Storage

I call a 1-800 number and spoke to a very nice and informative lady. I was quoted a great deal but when I got to public storage, the only thing that was right was the $1 for 1st month and $22 one time fee. They need to have the exact deal that customer service tells them they have. I had to get a bigger storage since the original one was really small. I just put my stuff in 2 days ago.

Made It Easy!

I had a great experience finding just the right storage unit. I called the Public Storage toll free main line and spoke to a representative who was very knowledgeable. She searched the local data base and came up with several locations that had units available in the size I needed. When I told her that cost was a major issue she found the best value for me in a convenient, safe location. When I arrived at the Pacheco facility the representative was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She made the sign up process very easy.
