Friendly customer service and very knowledgeable
Sean was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding size of units, accommodations and essential specifics of move-in and facility WHAT TO KNOW. Friendly and prompt customer service! Would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends! Pricing was better than surrounding facilities I shopped for the specific size of unit. Central Self Storage was very clean inside and out. Located in a nice neighborhood and feel safe!

Clean and bright - easily accessable.
Storage area was right near the gate. Storage area was clean in and around the space. No visible animal activity.
Just storing books, papers and ordinary household items - but it was a joy to neatly store all of the things there and still have room to spare !

Last minute move
Our house sold so fast and we didn’t have enough room in our pod. We were both sick and had to be out of the house in 4 hours. Luckily for us the manager was so awesome and sent us the paperwork to sign online. We were able to fit everything in our new storage unit and finally feel at peace. I would definitely recommend this storage place!!!

Really Friendly and Helpful Staff
When I reserved the storage unit, they called me to say they got the reservation and that there were other units available. I wasn’t able to make my reserved day and time, however, they told me I can come the next day, and still have the reservation, which was much needed and helpful, because moving is already stressful enough. They were so sweet in showing the area and the storage units and giving all the information needed and asked. This place has the best customer service!

Moved in on Sunday - closed. No worries though. Kiosk available 24/7 plus wonderful button for assistance that actually provides a real person to assist with registration on kiosk. Very helpful and convenient!

Fast, fair pricing, secure and clean...free truck use a plus...all add up to a great deal and a happy customer!
Sean was extremely professional and helpful. I ended up taking a larger unit than what I originally reserved online, more convenient since it's one of the drive up types...though no pressure at all from Sean. Insurance costs at $9 a month rather steep though for only $2000 of coverage, my only grip, buy that seems standard and otherwise very happy about this transaction.

Clean, secure
Sean, the manager was accomodating and helpful. The day I arrived, however, he was off and another helper was there. She was very friendly, but unable to make any decisions, and she left 2 hours prior to stated closing time. Very frustrating. The hours are pretty good, I do not like the lockdown after 9pm feature, as I often come home after wrk and have to hurry to get in and out by 9pm. Price fo second unit was not as good a value as the first one, I believe the helper was not empowred to make any decisions on pricing.

Great customer service!
i am a new at renting a storage unit, but their professional service made everything go smoothly. They were very kind with changes I requested for the size of the unit, and the day and time for use of their free rental truck. Everyone I dealt with was experienced and knowledgable. The free moving truck was large and ran great. I give my positive reccommendation!
