Open 7 days a week, this clean, well-lit facility features unit sizes from 4x4 to 12x40, extra wide elevators to upper-level units, and state-of-the-art security including personal computerized gate access and video cameras in key areas. We offer month-to-month leases, competitive rates and no deposit required. We provide courtesy carts to make your move easier, and our professional resident managers are available to assist you. We have personal and business storage solutions to fit any need or budget. Storage Made Simple

We sell boxes and moving supplies.

*First Month's Rent Free applies to base rent only. Fees, including a one-time administrative fee (29) and a monthly recurring Protection Plan payment (16) due upon move-in. Occupants are automatically enrolled in the Protection Plan but may opt-out of participation and obtain a refund of the Protection Plan payment by completing a form and providing proof of insurance within 30 days of signing the Self-Storage Agreement (as more particularly set forth therein).

The manager was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Aquiring the unit by phone was very easy and able to be completed by email. Prices for a temperature controlled unit were the best in the inland empire and for the size I wanted. Location is excellent and very clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for short or long term storage

Good First Impression

Prior to renting with Price Self Storage I read many reviews. Of course no one can disagree Ashlie is wonderful in customer service. And as I seen during my visit in the office with customer care and going the extra mile. My own experience was positive. But as one reviewer said in a more negative review it's about more than customer service. Many complaints where about the gate hours and rent increase. From my experience with prior storage rentals both are part of every storage location. 1) to secure the property and their commitment that are valuables are secured and 2) just like apartment/home rentals - rental price increases. What Price Self Storage offers that no other place does is the honesty of what you their value customer can expect from them. Not only is this information (gate hours and rent increase) verbally informed to you but it is in their lease agreement. Prices increase every x amount of months and the gates are available for access during these hours and closed during major holidays. I was surprised to hear no access during major holidays but I can respect it since I will refer back to their commitment of security. Only thing I can think of that I read in the review but was not verbally informed to me was that a fee is charged if you stay a minute over gate access hours. However I did not thoroughly read the leasing agreement so it might have mentioned it. As for a 4 star that is only because I don't rate anything over a 4.

Great storage facility!

Love the 1st month free, free truck (to move in). Their monthly pricing is a little pricey to me (but probably around market price). The facility was nice and the staff was helpful. The one thing that I didn't like is that our "one month free" started the day I booked it, not the day we moved in.
