They only had one unit left in the size I needed,. I reserved it and went to facility to look at it. The manager was very thorough and clear on doe and don't , I was done in no time at all !

This is my first time renting a storage unit in Redding. The owner of the Redding Storage Unit was very nice and helpful and explained everything to me to where it was easy to understand. I love my storage facility I'm brand new but my unit is super easy to find It's clean and no signs of bugs, rats or even spiders Easy to get in and out of Facility managers are super nice and really sweet And great senses of humor! Price is great and I have added insurance it's STILL under 90$ a month for a 5x15 I'm thinking of adding another few units once I start working full time I love being able to pay ahead of time as well it helps so much 10000/10 would recommend!

I didn't receive a confirmation email so I called in to confirm the answering service couldn't find my reservation either but took my number and had the on site manager call me directly. The on site manager was very helpful had my reservation got me into my unit same day. He manages the facility very well making sure all units a secure safe and protected from damage or loss. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this facility and the way their very helpful and knowledgeable staff answered all of my many questions. They do not have problems with roaches or vermin, thanks to their diligent prevention methods. My unit was spotlessly clean, above average security, and well monitored. Feeling Thankful

I had moved to Redding from Merced. I had made Pre-arranged arrangements with U-Haul for a storage and somewhere along the line they felled to make that commitment. However, it all fell in my favor at self storage the location was much closer to where I live now and I got a bigger storage for the same price that U-Haul had offered me. The service was professional and very helpful, clean and within 10 minutes. Thank you for making the long move easier for me.

The day i came to this storage I was a mess I had moved my family of four and I in one night I was tired irritated and all together a mess.. Thinking this was going to be another hassle or bad idea they proved me wrong I was very pleased with every part of the experience and left with a smile. Very clean and efficient they were very accommodating.

After moving all day and an hour and a half long drive we didn't have much time before Redding self storage was closed for the weekend. We got there 10 minuets before the office, the manager was gracious enough to start up the computer again to get us into the unit best fit or needs and let us finish unloading our things even though it was closing time.
