Easy move in!
We had a great experience with the staff at Trojan Storage. All very helpful. At first we got a 10 x 10 unit than realized it may be too small. They easily and quickly transferred us to a 10 x 20 with no issues. As a real plus, the price is great!

The Trojan storage facility is nice and clean like it’s suppose to be. It looks well maintained. The big plus at this storage facility is the customer service especially by Ashley. She was very professional and personable. Completing the paperwork for the storage unit was very easy because of the way Ashley was explaining it. Then Ashley walked me through the whole process of entering and exiting the facility by demonstrating it. It’s been years since I have rented a storage facility but I remember how unpleasant experience was. Ashley and Trojan made this time around a very pleasant experience.

The thought and memories of renting a storage shed were not memorable. EVERYTHING about this facility was TOP NOTCH! Ashley was professional, courteous, detailed, friendly and represents this business as if it were her own. In fact, I asked her if she owned it. I HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone in the Granite Bay, Rocklin, Roseville or Lincoln area. You will not regret it and NO I am not the owner either! :-)

I am so happy we found Trojan Storage of Rockville! The price really is fair and they gave my husband a military discount... how great is this! They appreciate Veterans...this is #1 in my book!

I found them online about a year ago when moving my mother in law to town and we fell in love with the facilities security and customer service so when we needed a storage unit they were the first place we thought of. Exactly what I needed
I was able to search, find, visit, and move my belongings all within 5 hours. I needed an alternate storage facility since the one I was formerly renting from became too expensive. Trojan Storage offered the same features at an excellent and competitive rate. Plus, the rate is discounted and fixed for a year with the second month free. The customer service was superb and the process was quick and easy. I am very pleased with my choice to move here.

I was very pleased at the customer service provided upon our arrival. We had just arrived with our Uhaul and needed to unload our items into storage. The office assistant took us to see our unit, got all the needed paperwork done for our rental agreement and we were quickly done.

I make my reservation online and 3 minutes later I received the call for the Manager Miss Collins; I talked with her 10 minutes she explained me the promotions that confirm with me , my reservations and give the hours of the office ; next day I arrived and she show us the storage complex and the unit and I like the installations all new and good price .

This storage facility was recommended by Penske. It was out of our way but Penske said they had great prices. Collin was always very helpful and cheery. Since Collin was always nice and answered all of our questions we decided to go with Trojan instead of the cheaper and closer facility. It is a newer facility and kept really clean. They let us borrow a furniture mover and offered bottled water. They also have free coffee inside.

Collin and John are extremely helpful and accommodating; Customer Service is definitely their strong point. The price I received for a 5x10 (for 12 months) far out beats any other storage units. The grounds, office and units are extremely clean and I feel my belongings are secure. They will even let you use their dolly or cart at no additional charge!

I had been running behind all day and arrived at Trojan storage right before they were about to close. They had knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient staff who helped me through the paperwork and completed the whole process in around 15 minutes. They showed me around and showed me my unit.
