Never enough loading carts

Site opens at 6am but there’s no loading carts until office opens at 9:30am. Got there at 6am with a truck full of boxes, it took me near 2 and a half hours to unload my truck which it could have been done in 30 minutes if there was carts available at that time, I complained at front desk later that day and I was told they’re not obligated to have carts and they only do it to help customers

There was poop/pee in the elevator ; (this isn’t racist check the location) a lot of the disgusting black people start problems in the facility. Nearly got into a fight ; check the cameras

This place is the best it has everything you need to make your move in storage convinent they have long dollys so you can make your movein easierto storethey have bathrooms you can drive your 15'Trailer right in the building enough room for 3 trailers or Vans you can park your car inside and they have enough dollys so everyone can get one or 2, I am very Happy with this storahe its the Best and they have the Best Prices in Town, they are patince and helpful This self storage is Great

I found them online. The staff I spoke with over the phone to make the reservation was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and even asked and answered ones I hadn't thought about. The staff from the location I chose called to review things with me before moving in. They also called again to follow to see if I needed anything before or during move in. The day of my move in went very smooth. The staff at the Barrio Logan location were helpful, courteous, kind, funny, and thorough. The location is very clean. I had no idea there was 4 levels. I love that it's climate controlled and that you have to have a code in order to use the elevator. Even their office feels welcoming with big open windows and a ramp has been put in at the front door for accommodating anyone with a wheelchair. Customer service was the best I've had when dealing with storage facilities. Keep up the good work! Thank you for your patience!

The customer service was great, they explained that the facility is new and opened to the public less than six months ago. Clean storage units, clean elevators, clean hallways, clean bathrooms, and clean car garage (yes, that matters). Great Until Today!

I was going to give them 5 stars, but they failed to notify me that there won’t be access to my storage unit for the next few days and I’m moving out of my place tomorrow! I only happened to find out because I stopped by today. Where am I supposed to put my things?! I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in how this was handled. Fingers were pointed at corporate instead of trying to help accommodate my desperate situation. It is corporate’s fault for failing to provide timely notice, but they could have tried to help me. Where does this leave me now? HELP!
