Anastasia was wonderful!
After a very unsettling experience with my last storage facility, Anastasia brought me relief knowing how many security cameras there are and the extra measures taken to help keep customers belongings secure.

Good experience
Joe, the person that processed our rental was efficient and professional.
The space was clean.
The only issue was that the outside door was not functioning well.
A few days later we went back to store some additional items and the front door was not working, but was open and a couple of workers were trying to fix it.
A day or two later we visited the facility again and the front door was still open, and there was caution tape blocking it, but a separate door was open.
This time, no one was around the door, ---- Waiting for parts??

I would not recommend this storage Unit.
Didn’t want to accommodate my disability by being unwilling to make a storage unit closer to the elevator without charging an arm and a leg. Space was clean and the staff was friendly, but I could say that about Aptos Storage too, and they have fair pricing !

Overall, very friendly & convenient location.
A misunderstanding about cost at first but easily straightened out. Easy access despite being on third floor, helpful, polite staff. Lg enough for my needs, glad I chose this facility.
