Best prices of all storage units out there!
The young woman who helped me was very nice and informative. She showed me the unit which was very clean and nice and near the front door which is very convenient for me. I've been looking at storage units for about 1 year now and this is by far the best price. I even upgraded from the original one I was going to get because the price was so good. One thing to know is that they don't have moving carts, but that is a small price to pay for the convenience and much cheaper cost than other companies.

Roach infestation, no bug control contract?
Returned 2nd day to find unbelievable roach infestation. Many,many roaches on walls, floors, and now in our boxes.why isn't there a pest control company contracted to spray on a regular basis? Now we are guaranteed of a bug problem at our new place. I feel the majority of our belongings are not even worth keeping any longer. It's cumearts responsibility to keep a clean facility and combat bugsso they are never out of control and ruining items that you are entrusted with.

Some false starts, but otherwise decent storage.
Decent promo prices, clean surroundings, but had a bit of an issue with opening my unit for the first time, and the Android app is laughably useless. I was told that there would be a temporary lock on my unit that I could use a certain code to open, but it was locked, no temporary key, and it was in the early morning, so the office was closed at the time. This delayed my extremely time sensitive plans, which frustrated me greatly, but once that was sorted out it was smooth sailing. The Android app however, is a different story. It won't create my account after several attempts and multiple uninstalls and reinstalls. This app needs a serious update.
Otherwise, decent storage service for the price.

Much better than 2 previous Public Storages that I've had in the past.
CubeSmart is quite clean with much better price rates than other similar businesses especially Public Storage. I thought CubeSmart would be worse but I was totally wrong. In Public Storage, most of the time there's no one in the office; as a result, no access to restroom for yourself. Also, PS added a whopping $50 a month to my rate with so little time in advance notification.

Everything is good so far
I love Nicole! She was so friendly and communicative.The unit I wanted wasn't move in ready so she found another so we could move in on schedule.
We've only moved in some of the things, so the smaller unit is good. I look forward to a great relationship with CubeStorage.
