Lack of Security
Came into unit a week or two ago, found 2 vehicles and a person in each one. Stopped at office and found out they didn’t even have a unit in there. I reported to Sheriff because I have been robbed once there in my unit already. My daughter was just there a few minutes ago and there is garbage (food wrappers etc) from those people and hasn’t been cleaned up. I have had units there since they were built.

Lack of security
Lack of security... someone came in and stole my catalytic converter from under my class a motorhome. Turns out to be a very expensive hard part to replace. Costing me thousands of dollars to replace this. Estimates are at $3000 plus. Owner didn’t care one bit about my loss. Seemed almost humored by it.I highly do not recommend this place to anybody it doesn’t want to lose their vehicle.

I live out of state & every time I’ve returned everything is secure and safe the storage area is clean & well lit! I am very happy renting.
I currently Rent ( 2) units from, “Yuba City 99 self storage”!
Yuba City 99 self storage is located right off of Highway 99.
They currently have a wonderful move-in Program which rolls over every year!
I would recommend to any of my friends and family that you were sitting 99 self storage is the place to store your personal items safe and secure!
