They are the BEST!!!
I ran into a disaster family moving from Arizona to find out house was no way near ready. A truck was coming that evening with all furniture. They had a unit for monthly explained situation. Was out of the office with a clean storage & lock in 20min. Will definitely use them again.

Michael Kramer answered the phone. He was VERY helpful! When I got there, the great service continued! He explained & demonstrated all of the necessary paperwork, costs & procedures correctly & in detail. He obviously knows his job VERY well & enjoys it. I can't imagine ANYBODY better! The place? Happy Switch
I’d been at another storage facility for about 6 months and was looking to downsize to save money. Mini-U’s price was significantly cheaper than where I was at. They even had a truck I could use for free! The two than ran the store were extremely nice and I got a lock for free as well! Also there were carts to use which made my move in so much less strenuous and honestly pretty speedy. I was even offered free boxes and free shelving if I needed either. I feel great about the shift and grateful I found mini-u. And it’s just around the corner!

Amazing price and best service I’ve had in a long while
I chose this location because of the price and distance. I looked at countless companies in the area and a little further away, but this company by far had the best price per unit. And as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly smile and a warm welcome, I believe Mike was his name. He was very helpful and kind and definitely a rare kind of employee.

Amazing crew and neat facility
The team was very helpful to me. I was moving my things from the truck with just a simple dolly. Kia came out with a flatbed dolly and I was able to use both dollies to get all of my things in my new unit.

Kai was incredibly kind - this was my first time using self storage and I felt at ease. The process was seamless and everything was explained clearly. The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable. She answered every Q without any problems. We finalized everything quickly bc I knew what I wanted & came prepared. Paperwork was a breeze. I had thot there was 24/7 access as an option, but must have remembered it from another storage company I researched. 6am to 9pm is still adequate. Not a deal breaker.
