No-contact registration is highly recommended; simple, not one problem.

Great staff, adequate facility
The staff in the office were extremely nice and helpful. The facility was fine, but it was a little dark and creepy inside. The lights did automatically come on when You walk towards them but walking into a dark corridor I can’t see the end of was a little unnerving.

It's only been two days
It's only been two days, however I'm pleased with the facility. I appreciate the hand trucks available to wheel belongings into the building and to the storage unit. I also like that you're not forced into a contract, you are able to rent month to month.

I have had a very positive experience with Public Storage. The staff in Broomfield is friendly and they explain everything clearly. The rates are much better than what I've been paying elsewhere and the climate-controlled environment gives me a lot of peace of mind. I am also impressed with the great security. I am glad I chose Public Storage!

Safe Facility, Great friendly staff
The staff was super friendly. The check in and check out process was great. The only thing that they should disclose to you online is that at some facilities, you are REQUIRED to purchase a cylinder lock prior to signing the lease. Some folks may not be prepared to spend the extra $19.99 plus tax. The manager did a great job expressing this to me in the followup phone call and even went as far as to provide the sizing so I can attempt to purchase my own. I ending up buying one at the facility. You can, however, place an additional lock on the unit as long as you advise the staff. I design detention facilities and can attest that this facility has a firm grip on the overall building security and access.

Very clean. Our only issue is that in a brand new building, they rented out the 3 storage rooms right next to each other, on the second floor, so we were all 3 separate parties trying to move our stuff in right next to each other. But the owner is very nice, easy to deal with.
