One day I was in a hurry to take a load to the unit I forgot the access code, I went to the office and the young man behind the desk asked a couple questions he wrote down the code and I was on my...very prompt and professional, Thank you.

Very nice facility and great employees

I was honestly a bit nervous when I pulled up, as the facility looked a bit shady from the outside. Especially compared to the much nicer and bigger facility just down the road. But we were pleasantly surprised. The check in process was a breeze, and the employee showed us three different units to make sure we were completely satisfied. Rollando was excellent, and so friendly and funny. He definitely made the experience a pleasant one. Everything was explained clearly. I feel very secure storing my belongings here. The only thing I wish was different are the access hours - 9pm a bit early for us but we'll make it work.

I have rented several units throughout the years. However, Gloria @ Public Storage located on Delta dr. In co sprgs was absolutely wonderful and very kind. She provided me with the essential information needed to ensure a safe and and clean storage unit. I highly recommend.

Good sized storage but expensive. We were told we could use the dumpster but someone lives on site and keeps it locked so customers can't use it. Miss Gloria is too nice! She called to let me know how to get use of the trash and even told me why it has to be locked. Most businesses don't explain anything in depth. Appreciate it!

Gloria was amazing. She broke Everything down step by step and was very patient with my screaming 2 year old who desperately needed a nap. She walked us through and showed us several units and made it a point to thank us for our service and sacrifice. I also delt with a man a few days before and he too was amazing. They make you feel at home and I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone, especially military families.

I have to be honest with you Gloria is the main reason I am a tenant with Public Storage! They did not have the unit size available so she started helping me find other companies that had. I fell in love with her and felt so at home...safe maybe is a good word to us. We both got to talking and we came up with a great idea to keep me with Public Storage. Gloria helped me with the sale of all the boxes needed in order to get all of my items in the unit. The boxes cost me around $200.00 a fraction of the price than most places charge. It's definitely off to a great start!

Miss Gloria and her staff have went above and beyond to secure our storage unit even after we've moved our stuff. While moving we needed some serious manpower. The lady called her own brother to come help. You just don't get this kind of customer service anymore.
