Office Closed Locked Out of Unit Still Charged Unable to Access Waste Money

Followed all instructions per written & phone communication. Wasted time & money. Unable to access rented unit for three days despite paying all fees & spending hours on phone both at gate of facility (while locked out) & calling customer service from home. No call back from property management. Difficult to get anyone on the phone. When I finally got through the call was outsourced abroad & they could not take any steps without checking with a supervisor. Was on hold forever & my questions were not directly answered or resolved. I had to cancel my contract & they refused to refund “admin fees” which are equivalent to one months rent for unit that I never used. I don’t recommend AT ALL.

I only put 5 stars cause i want this review at the top of the list...but in actualality i cant believe how badly i was treated. I feel that i was discriminated against because im not white and because my looks intimidate. And because my friends and family made the staff feel uncomfortable. They called the cops on me because they believed i was dealing drugs and storing them on there property. I was locked out and belittled by Micheal the property manager. I was spied on and made to feel like a criminal. My van was impounded and i was even taken to jail after leaving the property bcause of false accusations that we're made. wwwwhhhhyyy Michael???

This conveniently located storage center has a super-helpful management staff. I live remote to Denver but rented a unit here for our son. They keep me posted on any problems and on-line payments are quick and easy. Facilities are clean. This place is a good choice!

Michael was outstanding. He showed me 2 units that i liked, but they were out of my price range. I let him know that and he found a larger space for me at a different location for half the price! He reserved it for me and I will move my things in shortly.

Good service good price

I would have rated 5 star but the first time i did the online reservations for the location I wanted to use I found out after I arrived they did not have any of the sizes that i had wanted. A little misleading after you select the location you want to use. However the gentleman at the front desk brought up all the other locations that have that size if I wanted to drive further. I walked out but after looking into other storage companies and the distance I would had to drive I decided to go back and was well taken care of by the site manager.

Convenient storage unit

Whitney helped me get set up with my new storage unit. She was really helpful, nice, and efficient. Although the prices were about double what I paid for a storage unit in 2007, my unit was conveniently located within the complex and very clean. The whole check-in process only took about 15 minutes. I like the multiple layers of security features that Public Storage has at their facility. I also like their autopay service so I don't have to remember to send in a bill every month.

This facility was convenient and just right for the price.

The employees were very helpful and I got to take advantage of a huge discount which was great as I only needed the space for 30 days. I would definitely use this storage place again if I needed one.
