Hidden fees and very nosey
They don't tell you that you have to buy one of there cylinder locks at $20 each , and if you don't sign up for autopay you are restricted to office hours only ! Also very nosey !

Brand new, inexpensive.
Inexpensive and clean place. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only negative is that parking is terrible for unloading and loading, and there are rarely and carts available by the elevators. Beyond that it's a storage unit and it works well.

Best customer service and facility
The best customer service ever. Nice new facility. I would have liked to see more moving dolly's for customer use as I was not able to use any of the only 4 dolly's they have available for customers. I guess some people seem to think that they are there for the taking, and that was the reason there were only 4. All the rest get stolen or left in the storage units.
Overall a very good first impression of the facility. I definitely will recommend.

Get easier locks please
My unit was clean and the ceiling was really high all my stuff fit. The only thing I didn't like was the locks they make you use on your unit are almost impossible to use. If I didn't have an extremely strong boyfriend we would have not been able to lock the unit. We went around to check other peoples unit to see if they got theirs locked and 70% of them were not locked. They need an easier lock for people to use. If your not a body builder good luck locking your unit.

Overall very happy with facility
Brand new, well lit, save feeling storage facility. Front Dess was very helpful during our move-in process even though they encountered some significant Unexpected technical difficulties. Unfortunately, there are a few tenants who seem to leave trash around that can linger for a while. I do not expect a spotless storage facility just based on the nature of use and hope this was just a few freak encounters. Only constructive criticism I can think of and so far a great place

Amazing manager
Dai was the manager and only employee there on site. He was very professional and very nice. He got the paperwork done fast and showed us where the unit was going to be. He is a very hard worker and for him running the place by himself is amazing. It was very clean and we felt confident storing our belongings here.

Great service, but did not provide all information on insurance requirements up front
Service was great and timely, but call center to do booking did not have all information. They did not inform me that there was a smaller storage unit taking up some vertical feet within my unit. Additionally, no one told me there was insurance required. They automatically applied a $10/month insurance, and only said I could use my renters insurance to cover it once I inquired on the matter.
Otherwise, convenient location, clean set-up and easy to initiate.

Painless experience
This StorQuest is a really great facility. Having the promo through SpareFoot for $1 first month's rent was extremely ideal as I needed to pay the admin fee, insurance (which is required and is an additional monthly fee, FYI), and fee for a lock upfront. The only thing I would recommend is having one than just one office person over a busy weekend. I moved in on July 1st, a very busy moving day, and there was only one office person. When I arrived, they were helping someone else out with their unit, so I walked in to an empty office and initially wasn't sure if I should just wait for someone to get back. Otherwise, good experience.
