Easy Process

Cindy was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I do wish the unit had a light that worked, but other than that, I’m quite happy so far.

Cindy was very helpful and customer focused.

Cindy helped me move to another unit when I first checked in due to ice in front of the doorway. She was thinking about safety and the ease of moving in to the unit. She also assisted me with the change unit paperwork and insured I was not charged any extra fees. She took time to teach me how to use the iPhone app to operate the gate and insured it worked. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days. I really appreciated her cheerful and caring manner.

This is my first time renting from public storage and I'm impressed! I got a good deal on my first months rent and what it is now is fair.
