Clean, convenient storage at a good price
Great customer service, good clean units with many size options to choose from at a good price point. Good security too. Didn't get to take advantage of the free truck because it was reserved, but that's a great perk if it lines up well (not totally free, still has a fee for insurance). Would recommend based on our experience so far.

So far so good
So far, everything seems great. The prices are better than other local storage, the staff was helpful, and the facility seems clean and secure! However, I have heard others say this particular facility raises rates significantly after 3 months. If so, I will update this review accordingly.

Amazingly easy process
From the time I made the reservation to the time I was ready to move in was less than 10 minutes. Friendly staff walked me through the process and was understanding when I asked silly questions, I've never had a storage unit before. One phone, a quick form online, and all is done. Easy to access.

Friendly staff. Decent access hours. Indoor could suck for furniture versus an outdoor, but it worked for my household items and books. Bring your own renters insurance and save three or four dollars a month.

We were able to get in shortly before closing. They were very accommodating. Our only very small obstacle, was the short time the elevator stayed open between hauls. Otherwise everything was smooth.

Easy...Friendly...Cheap
Chose this place for the price and I needed to move in same day. Made reservation for unit at 8am, loaded up everything into my truck, got to office at 1pm to sign paperwork, and had everything loaded in my unit by 3pm. Super easy, staff was new so it took a bit of time to get set up, but they were nice and very thorough reviewing the policies and paper work with me. There were also large carts available to unload stuff from my truck to the unit on the second floor, made everything way easier!

Very happy with my new unit.
Couldn't be happier - this is one of the best storage units I've ever had. Got a brand new unit at a very affordable rate, in a prime location of the building. What sets this business apart is the added bonus of a metal shelving unit at no additional cost. Also, the two ladies who helped me get set up provided excellent customer service and made the process very easy. The building could use a few more motion sensors for the lights, which they are planning to get soon. But other than that everything was in good working order.

The folks at Mini U Storage in Parker were more than helpful and friendly. They went over all the paperwork w/me and explained everything. Add to that a Starbucks gift card, free use of their moving van and the best prices around, it's a no brainer to rent from them.

I was super impressed. I needed a place to store some stuff over the summer when I went home from collwge and this place was perfect. The price was right, the facility was huge and clean. There is a gate with a code for security. The staff was very friendly. Overall I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Place, Excellent Staff!
Did the initial stuff online, went smooth as silk. Showed up with my stuff on the reservation day, the staff was fantastic! The made the whole "put things in storage" a breeze and were very friendly. I realize that this place is rather new so it's clean right now, but I have a feeling that the current staff will keep it that way, they seem to take pride in what they do. Pricing is fair, not overpriced at all for what you get. Entry and exit from the facility is easy, well designed place.

This storage place is great, the staff is helpful they have automatic doors so you don't have to fumble with trying to open it while carrying stuff. The rolling carts make it easy to get large items in and out with ease. Over all just a great spot to keep your stuff. Thanks for all the help.

Friendly and quick to rent
I worked with Ryan on 4/21 and we looked at 3 units. He explained the facility layout, rules, and security. He also setup auto-payments for a 5% discount. The rate and size of the storage unit he provided beat the competitors in the area (I checked with 3 others). The unit was clean and dry, and will meet our needs for temporary storage (6-9 months).
