Dorothy was super nice, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure working with her to get myself settled in. I am usually nervous and anxious person but I felt right at home and she made sure I had everything I needed. Peter was a big help too. He double checked my storage unit and swept it out again ti make sure it was perfect for me to move in. Highly Recommend!! I am very happy so far

Rats, bugs, huge price increases

Rental began at $115 within a month the price jumped up 50% to $170 a month, gate to get in never works and no one is ever working, there’s mice and bugs everywhere. Go anywhere other than this place

parking much more crowded from when we started 3 years ago. Lot can be a mess if it rains. Camper in front of us now so have to go to more trouble to get out. Price keeps increasing. No marker number on our site. We had to improvise and provide our own for when we move camper.
