Subpar

Ive rented at CubeSmart at many different locations and personally, this is probably one of the worst ones. The loading dock has a broken gate and made it difficult for us to unload my stuff into my storage and I dread the day I have to unload the stuff from my storage if the gate isn't fixed by then. Last I heard, this gate has been broken for TWO years, so Im not going to hold my breath. Lesson learned to go and check out the storage area FIRST before reserving an unit.

Clean facility with some technical glitches

The process of getting registered took forever since the employees are still relatively new and seemed unfamiliar with the various codes and payment options but they were helpful all the same. Just wish the whole thing had been a bit more efficient. It also appears the roll up gate is glitchy for one of the truck drive ins. Would be problematic incase no staff is present and you need to access your things.
